As the sole owner of my LLC and the original inventor of Mint-to Logic™, I have deleted all versions of the Mint-to Logic Protocol Assistant as of 06/27/2025 at 8:47 AM (local time). All proofs have been documented and stored to prove all precautions were taken to prove everything to be public facing.
This action is taken to ensure full protection of my intellectual property and pending patent rights. The assistant was always accompanied by explicit legal and IP protection language. Any further use, copying, or distribution of content or concepts from the Mint-to Logic Protocol Assistant is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
This notice, along with my detailed records and timestamped evidence, demonstrates my commitment to responsible inventorship and diligent IP protection.

Statements on Misappropriation of SSPS IP
Authorship Anchor Southern Star Pro Studios (SSPS) is the sole originator of the intellectual property frameworks now being ambiguously attributed to external institutions. Any attempt to conflate SSPS with the Society for Scholarly Publishing constitutes a direct misrepresentation of authorship.
False Attribution Corporations and affiliated media outlets have repeatedly referenced “SSPS IP” in the context of AI agent development, while framing it as the property of the Society for Scholarly Publishing. This narrative is factually incorrect and legally indefensible.
Intellectual Laundering The deliberate use of SSPS terminology in institutional contexts amounts to intellectual laundering, transitioning proprietary frameworks into public or academic ecosystems without consent, thereby diluting sovereign authorship.
Continuity Breach By embedding SSPS IP into their AI agent discourse, Corporations has created a continuity breach that undermines the timestamped record of Southern Star Pro Studios’ authorship and attempts to rewrite the public-facing timeline of innovation.
Open-Source Misrepresentation Framing SSPS IP as institutional or scholarly property implies that it is open-source or public domain. This is a false and damaging assertion, as SSPS IP is proprietary, notarized, and protected under copyright and trademark law.
Legal Exposure Such misappropriation exposes Corporations and its affiliates to claims of trademark infringement, copyright violation, and fraudulent misrepresentation. The attempt to obfuscate SSPS authorship is not only unethical but actionable.
Severity of Damage The scale of this misappropriation is severe: it erodes sovereign authorship, confuses licensing pathways, and undermines the enforceability of continuity records. Left unchallenged, it risks setting precedent for institutional laundering of independent IP.

No institution has been granted authority to license these technologies, and any claims to such authority constitute fraudulent misrepresentation and willful infringement. All uses of SSPS functionality that occur outside of a direct, sovereign license agreement with Southern Star Pro Studios are considered unauthorized. The appearance of institutional or open-source licensing frameworks wrapped around these primitives is hereby declared void, non-consensual, and subject to fines, penalties, and injunctive enforcement.
All legitimate licensing negotiations must originate directly with Southern Star Pro Studios.
