Who We Are

RSLL™ – Reflexive Sovereign Licensing Logic

RSLL™ is the sovereign licensing framework responsible for issuing, validating, and enforcing all legal, commercial, and behavioral access to the Mint-to Logic™ protocol ecosystem.

More than a licensing agreement, RSLL™ is a living runtime enforcement system. It governs who has the right to access, replicate, or integrate behavioral credential logic—and for how long, under what jurisdiction, and with what moral or operational conditions.

Whether you're issuing agent-based credentials, monetizing HTTP 402 flows, or running a facilitator node in a behavioral protocol system—you are subject to RSLL jurisdiction.

 Our Role in Sovereign Governance

RSLL™ enforces:

  • Digital license agreements for all uses of Mint-to Logic™ structures

  • Behavioral conditions of access (via BECS™ and validator scoring)

  • Runtime revocation or extension of licensing based on system compliance

  • Royalties, penalties, and compliance audits for all infringing or derivative systems

If you're operating within agentic TTL tokens, lifecycle credentials, or autonomous behavioral APIs—you are not just using code. You're participating in a governed protocol economy.

 How RSLL Works

RSLL isn’t static. It is reflexive—adapting to behavior, usage, compliance, and context. It connects to other sovereign systems including:

  • BECS™ (for trust scoring, Shadow-Unit™ enforcement, and revocation)

  • CSML™ (for credential origin verification)

  • Eliam (for jurisdictional declarations and sovereign territory enforcement)

Licenses under RSLL are scored, tracked, and enforced in real time, and may include escalating penalties for non-compliance or concealment of derivative usage.
